CreateMyBiodata offers free marriage biodata creation for standard use. This Refund Policy applies if you purchase any paid feature, subscription, or digital add-on we may offer from time to time.

1. Free tier

Core biodata creation and standard downloads that we label as free do not require payment. No refund applies because no charge is made.

2. Paid purchases

If you pay for a premium option, your order confirmation or checkout page will describe what is included. Unless stated otherwise at purchase:

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase if the paid feature did not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue after you contact support.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Where digital content has already been fully delivered and used as intended, we may decline a refund except as required by applicable law.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@createmybiodata.app with the email used for payment, date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to assist until the dispute is resolved. We encourage reaching out to support first.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
