These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.createmybiodata.app and related services (the “Service”) provided by CreateMyBiodata (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer it beyond what is allowed by applicable law; uploading malware; or using the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent biodata content.

2. Your content

You retain rights to the text and images you enter. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and that you have the right to use any photos or personal data you include. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service (e.g. layout, PDF generation in your browser or on our infrastructure as applicable).

3. Intellectual property

The Service, including templates, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred. Do not copy or redistribute our templates or assets outside what the Service allows.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Matrimonial outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; we are not responsible for decisions made by third parties based on biodata you create.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty dollars / equivalent local currency), except where law does not allow such a cap.

6. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CreateMyBiodata’s operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the appropriate jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
